Marketing Assistant Wanted

We are a design + marketing firm looking for a talented marketing assistant to help us out on a full time basis. We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

• A good eye for design – doesn’t have to be a designer but must know what looks good and what doesn’t and have a strong sense of style.
• Understands the basic elements that a successful ad must have
• Must speak & write English well
• Works well with deadlines and understands priorities
• Very organized
• Strong communication skills
• Willing & able to learn new things pretty fast
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and sending out emails thru email programs such as constant contact and mail chimp
• Working with designers to create beautiful ads and other marketing materials.
• Making sure that all ads get done by the deadline
• Maintaining email marketing calendar
• Assisting the staff with any needs that come up

This is a full time job working US eastern standard time hours. We are looking for someone who is able to work monday, tuesday & wednesday 9am – 8pm eastern standard time and thursday, friday 9am - 6pm EST.
