JOB OVERVIEW

Opportunity:

This person will work cross functionally with the marketing and E-Commerce team to align all functions with marketing strategies and marketing launches, data gathering for all product content and pricing strategy to actively manage the Amazon product portfolio. They will be responsible for growing the Amazon business, and accountable for the strategies, P&L and long-term growth plan.

The person will be responsible for online store site operations, production, customer retention, digital visual merchandizing, listing optimization & sales planning.

The role requires an individual who is entrepreneurial, a team player and has a passion for creating amazing experience through digital and online E-Commerce.

The position will collaborate closely with customer service, operations, product management, technology team, marketing & creative leads as well as third party partners and agencies to execute and develop new initiatives that drive Upgrade to see actual infoSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee the Amazon & Shopify Marketplace strategies globally (via Amazon Seller Central and Shopify).
Be the go-to for all Amazon & Shopify related issues.
Manage the day to day operations of the Amazon & Shopify business to maintain the business profitability and sales growth.
Create and maintain product pages (Amazon & Shopify).
Create and maintain sales forecast (Amazon & Shopify).
Manage and optimize the customer service on Seller Central & Shopify.
Monitor seller-rating and secure our account by observing full Amazon compliance.
Manage and monitor product review Upgrade to see actual infotup and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs that drive traffic to product pages, conversions and increased sales.
Manage and monitor Amazon Ad-spend (minimize ACOS and optimize campaigns).
Manage and optimize AMZ FBA inventory, by monitoring and optimizing a set of KPI ratios.
Provide key analytics reporting to senior management.
Work closely with the marketing team to create optimized product pages within the Amazon platform.
Assess competition, threats and recommended plan of action.
Support with the creation of promotional calendar to lay out full year strategy while also quantifying success of promotional activities (such as Amazon Deal of the Day, Coupons, Promotions, Giveaways, Prime Day, Black Friday, etc...).
Identify new areas of under-penetrated growth within our categories and marketplaces.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Upgrade to see actual infoCATION AND EXPERIENCE: MUST HAVE THIS
3-5 + years’ experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, experience (MUST HAVE) with other E-Commerce platforms will be considered.
3- 5years experience with Shopify Plus, Amazon.
