Urgently Looking for Accountant or CPA

Soco Tax & Cloud Accounting is looking for a responsible and organized Full Time Virtual Accountant/Bookkeeper who can keep our clients' books up to date. You will be at the heart of our day to day operations and will need to be a natural leader with an upbeat attitude and attention to detail.

About you: Your organizational skills should be second nature. You have good and clear communication skills. You’re a quick learner. You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running using new types of software and programs. You have strong accounting skills and have had previous experience using Quickbooks Online.

Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with our local office operations team and our finance officer to stay updated with day to day transactions that take place.
Balance our books and keep them up to date (match payroll transactions, bank transfers, vendor payments and receivables).

Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor’s (4 year) degree in Accounting from accredited university
Higher pay available for licensed CPA with public accounting firm experience
Strong knowledge of cash accounting principles
Experience with Quickbooks Online
Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Office Suite
