Job Description:

This job includes setting appointments for a Sales Consultant to hold over the phone or an in-person meeting in a competitive, goals based environment and compensated heavily based off of exceeding weekly and monthly goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• 100 outbound calls daily
• 50 emails
• Goal: 5 appointments a week
• Work weeks: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday U.S CST

SDR's will be tasked with setting appointments for Benefit Consultants that represent a Tech based Brokerage - IXSolutions (IX). IX is a local employee benefits brokerage that works with small businesses (10-150 employee businesses) offering competitive Employee Benefits from household name carriers to attract and retain top talent. IX utilizes and provides revolutionary employee benefit enrollment technology to facilitate a simple, smooth employee benefit experience as well as exclusive(unique) insurance products and rates.

What separates IX apart from the other brokerage competition is our hand holding service, years of experience a unapparelled knowledge of employee benefits in our target market. IX will take the burden of employee benefits and year round administration off of the back of employer clients.

Team and individual based goal??

Comp Plan:
• SDR's will be paid $100 a week with $50 bonus for meeting the monthly goal and an additional $100 monthly bonus for the SDR that sets the most appointments but must meet 100% of goal.
• Commission: $5 will be paid out as commission per appointment set

• Weekly Bonus Contests will also be held periodically


Potential Earnings
• $100 /week + $25 weekly commission (hitting goal) + 50 /mo. + Commission bonus for meeting monthly goal + potential $100 bonus for Top Monthly Earner
Vacation
• 5 paid Vacation Days (After 3 months of employment)
o Requested 1 week in advance
