Technical Admin Rockstar Needed

Hi there!

I own a web development company that provides both custom ruby-on-rails and php web applications as well as conversion-driven wordpress websites. In addition I provide technical support for web-to-print and warehouse management software.

I am in need of someone to help me perform my day-to-day tasks.

These tasks can be sometimes front-end development such as implementing some javascript or css into a wordpress blog article.

Sometimes they can be excel driven where monthly reports are required, created by using templates and macros.

Sometimes they can be design-driven where you'll need to make some content more pleasing or design some banners.

Example sample of tasks below:
1. Debug sales funnels in Zapier, Pipedrive, Infusionsoft, Wordpress
2. Create monthly billing reports that require you pull datasheets from different sources, then combine using macros and templates.
3. Update websites using a web-based admin interface
4. Create new content that has been written, but not designed using Wordpress and the Divi theme builder
5. Create new sales funnels using Zapier, Pipedrive, Wordpress, Gravity Forms.
6. Quality Control tasks the development team produces (testing)
7. Identify and Investigate warehouse issues through reports in VeraCore web-based software
8. Setup and create Web-to-Print templates in web-based software. (I will train you)
9. Work in Asana to keep track of your work.
10. Help to manage Asana and ensure projects are correctly setup for the development team

I am looking for strong critical thinking and self-starter qualities in you. Often, the tasks come up quickly and demand a fast resolution so being efficient and timely is key.

I live in the US East Coast so I would need you to be available during part of the US day.

Strong english is a must.
