job description
Directs and Coordinates activities of Commissary
? Determines quantities and foodstuffs or other merchandise required to stock
commissary from inventory records and prepares requisitions or buys merchandise to
replenish stock.
? Keep records pertaining to purchase, sales and requirements
? Works directly with Corporate Chefs, Kitchen Supervisor to deliver proper distribution of
product equipment while adhering the highest standards of sanitation. Maintains
sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
? Verify proper specification, size, quantity, etc. of goods received, supervises proper
labeling, dating and stocking of supplies.
? Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote commissary safety.
? Maintain a high level of commissary sanitation and cleanliness. e.g. cleaning schedule
and training of commissary staffs.
