Are you good at communicating with customers via email and live chat? We sell cute Japanese “kawaii” products and are now looking for a smart and creative person to join our growing team.

We are a European owned e-commerce company operating several online stores from Hong Kong and Tokyo. Our customers are girls and young women in the U.S. and Europe. We are passionate about kawaii culture, and customer happiness is the main goal in our company.

*REQUIRED:*
- Excellent written English
- Interest in Japanese pop culture and products
- Ability to creatively solve problems and research solutions online
- Remote communication with the team in Hong Kong & Tokyo
- Modern computer with fast & reliable internet connection
- Comfortable and quiet home office for efficient work

*JOB TASKS:*
- Answering customer emails on our customer service portal
- Live chat support with customers
