I'm entering in the wholesaling real estate market. I am looking for motivated individual with experience in lead generation, cold calling and an understanding of real estate investment (wholesales, buy and holds, flips, maximum allowable offer, pulling comps, etc.) The position would entail calling potential motivated sellers of properties and seeing if they’re interested in selling their homes followed by appointment ---------- ndidate should be well spoken, and upbeat. Good English is a must. Experience with skip tracing and data entry on podio.
