Video editing pro to create cinematic story-based wedding films

We are not a "bulk brand" wedding film company. Instead we film a limited number of weddings and deliver a product that is exceptional in our market. We need an editor that can rough cut our footage, find the key pieces of audio from the day, and craft a film that tells the story of the day. Will provide access to music licensing sites (MusicBed, artlist, epidemic sound), and film must be built in Premiere Pro.
