T-shirt Designer Wanted (high paying gig ????????????)

I’m looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to do t-shirt designs.

Our workflow will look like this: I will send you some graphic inspirations, you will create designs with your own imagination. These designs will have to fit a certain template of the garment, which I will email you.

I’d like to ideally establish a lasting working relationship if we are a good fit for each other, but we will start with the freelancing model, meaning I will pay you per design, before we are both comfortable to move beyond that.

What I provide:
1. Very competitive compensation (300 PHP per design, which is a lot higher than the norm)
2. Timely payment upon delivery
3. Opportunities to be offered a part-time or fulltime position
4. I will leave you 5-star reviews so you can get work easier in the future

Skills required:
1. Strong designing skills
2. Being able to deliver on time
3. If you don’t know how to do something, you can figure it out
4. Good English skills, can communicate over email or instant messengers in English effectively
5. Communicative. I prefer a fast response when I message you, and I will try to do the same myself

I don’t have too many rules because I believe excellent individuals are self-starters and having too many rules will only serve to limit their creativity. I treat you with respect and I expect my attitude be reciprocated.
