RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Job Summary:

Define and set the overall strategy for the development and utilization of specific sourcing channels based on the Recruiting targets and budget.

Qualifications:

1. At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
2. With at least 5 years of proven experience;
3. Knowledge in the Philippine Labor Laws;
4. With strong Sourcing and Marketing background;
5. Highly analytical, detailed and sound interviewing judgment skills.
