Looking for Talented Illustrator - Great pay, great work environment

We a small family oriented company looking for someone with Illustration/ Design experience. The designs will vary from simple text with clip art to illustration. Most of the time I will give you idea and direction, but also looking for someone to come with their own ideas/concepts when needed.

By applying and producing designs, you agree they can be used for commercial purposes and transfer the rights to the design to myself so they cannot be resold elsewhere. I will pay a salary monthly of by design. We would start off with 3 designs, which you get paid for to see if you fit with our company then can go to long term position.
