JOB OVERVIEW

We are a successful UK based e-commerce company that is looking to outsource our Customer Service & Admin operations. We have been trading since 2010 and looking to expand. We sell branded sportswear clothing, fashion clothing, branded footwear and much more.

This is a long-term permanent, full-time position. We require someone loyal and experienced in customer service and great with office admin duties.

Pay will be between USD $ ---------- per month. We also offer 13th Month of Pay for people we employee.

Required Skills

- Experience in Customer Service via Email
- High level fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Ebay, Amazon & e-commerce experience (preferable)
- Experience in Shopify an advantage
- Experienced in MS Excel and familiar with Shortcuts and formulas.
- Be able to adapt and take on ad-hoc admin duties at short notice.

THE JOB

* 40 Hours Per week (5 days per week)
* Monday to Friday but must be available for 10 minutes on Saturday & Sunday to mark AMAZON emails as read. Amazon require all emails to be responded to within 24 hours even on weekends. This can be done from a mobile phone via the Amazon Seller app.
* Wage USD$ ---------- (Plus 13th month). Trial salary is USD$350 for the first month and this will rise to $400 if successful after the first month.
* Full-Time position
* Working Hours will be in line with our UK office hours 8am to 4pm UK GMT. Clocks move forward 1 hour during Summer time and 1 hour back in winter and therefore this should be observed.

Job Duties

A typical day involves the following:

- Start off by responding to all customer emails, order/delivery queries, customer disputes, paypal cases etc.
- Creating multi-product images by combining several images into one picture using photo editing software
- During this time we will ask for certain ad-hoc admin duties to be completed by you
- Check any recent emails that may come through every hour
- Researching product listings on Amazon and comparing to see if we have this same product in stock and then creating report.
- Research for products to source and sell using pre-set rules. We will provide training.

So in a nut shell this isn't difficult work but we require someone with a professional attitude, excellent communication, always available and always willing to learn!
