My requirements

- I am looking for Designer('s) with artistic Talent for a long and productive business relationship.

- CopyCats are a NO-GO. 100% original artwork (NO 3rd party graphics; NO free graphic resources)

- Trademark Knowledge (NO Nike-Designs or others copied graphics)

- Self-discipline & time management

- English Skills
- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP/ILLUSTRATOR
- Shirt design

Competition – the 2-3 best designers will get the job

I want the best Illustrators for my enterprise, therefore I will do a competition for this Job offer:

If your portfolio is attractively designed and your application meets my requirements you made it to the next round.
I will sent you design ideas of T-Shirts, where you can show your creative talent by creating T-Shirts designs on your own and send them back to me.
