If this describes you, then you might be a good fit for this position. We are a growing design + marketing firm looking for a talented project manager to help us out on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Has a good eye for design – doesn’t have to be a designer but must know what looks good and what doesn’t and has a strong sense of style.
• Must understand the basic elements that go into any successful marketing piece such as ads, brochures, websites, emails, etc…
• Must speak & write English well
• Strong communication skills
• Works well with deadlines and understands priorities
• Strong Attention to detail
• Is very organized
• Experience with writing copy a plus but not required

Responsibilities will include:
• Working with designers to create beautiful ads and other marketing materials. You will be giving the designers instructions & they will be designing the ads. You will then work with the designer until you feel that the ad is ready to be presented to the client. You will then present the design to the client and ask for their feedback.
• Preparing and sending out emails thru email programs such as constant contact and Mail Chimp
• Maintaining email marketing calendar
• Assisting the staff with any needs that come up

This is a full time job working US eastern standard time hours. Some days will be 9am – 6pm and others will be 9am – 9pm.

Salary: $500 - $1,200 based on experience
