Podcast Assistant and Content Writer

I host a podcast and run a company called Just Go Grind where I interview entrepreneurs and business people and help people launch and grow businesses.

I'm looking for an assistant (or two) to help with the following tasks:

- Writing show notes for each episode (Includes links mentioned in each episode and main topics from the episode - I have examples to show you)
- Basic audio editing (Using Audacity software - very easy to learn)
- Article writing (Writing articles based on podcast episodes, essentially reusing many of the things mentioned by the guest)
- Guest research (Prepping a one page document with information on new guests - their background, companies they built, etc)
- Creating simple quote images for Instagram using Canva and Unsplash (We'll use a template then just have to input different quotes from the episode.

Also, other tasks potentially include:

- Uploading audio to YouTube and creating videos from each podcast episode
- Creating new podcast episode mashups based on specific themes (Splicing together parts of past podcast episodes to create new episodes)
- Transcribing podcast episodes

I don't necessarily expect you to know how to do all of these tasks already, but being able to WRITE WELL is especially important for this role and I'll help you with the tasks as needed.

The salary for this position is simply a starting point for the first month, but has the potential to increase once you prove you can do these tasks well.
