Office Worker Bilingual in English + Spanish

We are looking to hire an office worker that is fluent in English and Spanish. We own a House Cleaning company based in Los Angeles and we need to hire a customer rep that has experience speaking with clients over the phone. We also need someone that is equally comfortable speaking with the cleaners in Spanish.

The general tasks of this job are speaking on the phone, responding to emails and texts, setting appointments, following up with customers, collecting customer payments and interviewing new cleaners.
