Transcription and Powerpoint Speech Analyst Project

We are a small speech coaching consultancy working with engineers and scientists to help improve their presentations. We are passionate about making the world a better place through happier, smarter, motivated audiences. That includes you!

The project we are looking for help with involves
Listening with a large number of audio files of experts speaking
Selecting samples of uninterrupted speech
Compiling a verbatim transcription (including fillers like um and ah) of (1-3 minutes)
Outlining (Harvard format) the ideas in the transcription
Formatting the transcription in a PowerPoint slide
Generating bar charts from tables we supply to be placed in the slide
Proofing the entire slide for grammatical errors, typos and graphic consistency

You must be highly fluent in English familiar with chemical industry technical terminology. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as project management experience.

Also required is thorough familiarity with the following software and online platforms:
Asana
Instagantt
Numbers (apple spreadsheet application)
PowerPoint
Otter.ai (and other audio notation and transcription services)
DropBox
Google suite (Gmail, gcal, google drive, etc)

We work in the Central Time zone in the US (-6 Greenwich). Regular phone calls and video conferences are a part of this project.

The turnaround for the project is fairly tight—a few days between file delivery and completion.
