Looking to build a long term relationship with high quality English Speaking eBook writers. These fiction or nonfiction books will be 6,500 + words each.

You will be paid based on ROYALTIES the books earn: You will be paid monthly 50/50 based from royalty earned for the lifetime of the written ebook.
- EXAMPLE: If the book makes $100 in royalties this month, you will get paid $50 when the royalty is paid. This will go for the lifetime of the book every month. THIS HAS HIGH POTENTIAL EARNINGS AND PASSIVE INCOME. (monthly royalty varies depending on how many books are sold) ** Not every book is guaranteed to sell well. Proof of earnings will be provided each month in order for you to see how much you will get paid. **


What is the benefit of royalty based payment?
- I do all the hard work of finding out what book titles sell well and you do what you're great at, writing. I will do all the marketing, cover creation and maintenance for the book. This gives you the opportunity to earn passive income for the LIFETIME of this ebook for only writing the book once. Getting paid a flat rate for a book is good for the short term because you get paid now, but if you get paid royalties, you will get paid every month for however much the book makes. There is a reason why people pay ghostwriters to write for us at a flat rate. WE PROFIT in the long run and I want to share that profit with YOU!

Must be able to complete at least 1-2 books per week. More the better! Let me know what you're comfortable Upgrade to see actual infoeting deadlines is a must. If you consistently miss deadlines, we cannot work long-term together. If we work together and a book is not turned in within deadline, the book will be paid half price for the first month. This project is Ghostwriting books, I will own all the rights to the books written but we will divide the royalties 50/50 as long as you continue to work with me. As said earlier, I will provide all proof of earnings. The reason I am willing to do 50/50 royalty is so both of us will do the best work we can since the earnings are split between Upgrade to see actual info is a win-win for both of us. Understand this is a long-term investment as you will not be paid a flat rate for your work done but over time, the book’s recurring payments will accumulate.

Please note that not every book will be a home-run money maker, so don’t expect that. The 80/20 rule applies to publishing books. That means out of 10 books, usually 2-4 is a good hit and it makes up for all the other books. There are no guarantees on payment for any book, that is the risk BOTH of us will have to Upgrade to see actual infoually when I pay writers, I pay $1 per 100 words. That equals to $65 for a 6,500 word book and another $15 for the marketing and book cover etc. I have single books that have done anywhere from 10x - 40x ($650-$3250 per book) my investment from when it was published inUpgrade to see actual infoto today 2018.

I will be publishing the books on these platforms: Kindle direct publishing, paperback and Audible. Some books do better in other platforms than others, therefore by having the books on multiple platforms, this gives us the opportunity for more earnings. I will handle all the uploading and hiring of people to do the audio version and other work needed.

The payments for KDP is paid out by Amazon every 60 days. For example, royalties earned in October will be paid at the end of December. The payments for ACX will be paid monthly. For example all the royalties earned in October will be paid at the end of November. Payments will be paid to YOU monthly between the 25th to the 10th depending on when the platform pays me out.

If you discontinue to work/write for me for 3 consecutive weeks, you will continue to be paid royalty for the next 2 months of the books you wrote then the 50/50 royalty terms will discontinue and you will no longer receive royalties for the book after the 2 months. This is to ensure I find long-term, loyal and quality writers. I don’t want to waste time hiring people who will be gone in the next month. Please let me know ahead of time if you cannot work with me for more than 3 weeks, but will continue to work with me after

You will get 7 days maximum to complete your book (The sooner or more books you can write in a week, the better so we can publish more books). If you were assigned the book on Monday, it needs to be turned in before Sunday 11:59PM (PST time zone). If books are turned in late you will only be paid 25% royalty for the FIRST month the book is published. Then after that, you will get back on the 50/50 royalty payment plan.

The more quality the book you write, the better the reviews we will get from the customers, the more sales and royalties we both will make. Reviews and ratings is a big part of this business. When the book is published and there are any bad reviews or issues with the book that needs to be fixed afterwards such as incorrect/inaccurate information or bad grammar, I will ask you to fix it. Once again this is to ensure that the book have great reviews over the LONG run.

Any plagiarism will not be accepted. I will run the book through a plagiarism website to ensure it is not plagiarized.
