Experienced WORDPRESS developer

Hi and thanks for looking, we are looking for an EXPERIENCED and talented wordpress developer..
We have several service sites and most are running wordpress . I (Jim) would be doing most of the text entry, and I can do many of the basics myself, so, I am looking for someone who can do the layouts (possibly graphics)..good seo skills are a must. if you can do google analytics that would be really good.
We are revising many of our service sites, so this could turn into more work.
Also we have 2 ecommerce sites, so even more work is possible..
I generally communicate using skype, and Fast response times are important to me
