Jr/Sr Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Philippine Web Developer that has what it takes to grow with us. The developer must have at least 4 years of experience building websites from Scratch (No templates or plugins) and also bringing designs to life from Sketch Files.

The salary is based on Experience and we are looking for at least 25 hours a week. Please read below:

What we DO want:

• A person that doesn't need to be told what to do all the time and is proactive and creative.
• A person that is responsible and honest. We'll be working remotely so honesty and ethics are essential.
• At least 4 years developing FANTASTIC websites (We will review code along with you and back-end).
• Advanced Knowledge on PHP, Javascript, CSS3, jQuery.
• A person with great attention to detail.
• Fast Worker. Quality is just as essential as speed for us.

Plus (This will definetely help you)

• SEO Knowledge.
• Knowledge on Angular and/or React.
• Knowledge managing servers. (WHM & CentOS).
• Good at communicating with our team.

What we do NOT want:

• Slackers (People that take way more time than required to get projects done).
• People that need everything to be pointed out in order to fix / get it done.
• People that are not willing to invest extra hours into learning.
• People that claim to work more hours than they actually do. (We'll find out based on the results).
• People that need to be told what to do before they start
• People that present problems but no solutions.
• People that fully rely on Plugins to get their functions done (Nothing wrong with 1 or 2 plugins).
