Book keeping and Accounting for Australian business - Ebay/Etsy/Amazon/Shopify businesses

I am looking for someone to manage the books for my Australian based e-commerce businesses.

Examples of tasks required:

Manage customer and supplier refunds,
Reconcile sales and expenses
Provide monthly P&L for each income stream
Set aside BAS every month for quarterly submission
Provide clear profitability of each income stream
Provide insight on areas to focus and improve
Xero based software

Required Skills:

Excellent english and written skills
4 hours per week to start
Available on Skype
Able to use Xero
Familiar with Paypal
Familiar with Australian accounting and tax practices. Must have previous experience with Australian businesses
