Theme and Plugin Updates
- To be done every 15 days from the dashboard
Wordpress Updates
- Wordpress releases new versions every now and then. Whenever a newer version is released, the future security updates have been configured to automatic. However, if the update is unsuccessful (due to extreme traffic) a notification will be received in the dashboard
- In such a case, wordpress has to be updated first, before the plugins and themes get updated
Website Backups
- Being done daily on GoDaddy so that the emails captured via the forms can be restored in case there is a crash
- download the email ids from the form captures before every email marketing exercise
Administrator Control
- maintain the website
Errors, Broken Links - Fix
- Upload, pictures, posts, videos to website
- Upload - monitor - edit - contact info in a Member's Only space.
- Convert video to MP4 or a compatible YouTube format - upload to YouTube and/or the website.

- SEO - Use of Key Words - would be a bonus
