JOB SUMMARY
The Systems Analyst is responsible for the complete life-cycle of a new/modified IT system, from analyzing existing arrangements to implementing systems and providing training.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work extensively with internal customers to identify, analyze and develop requirements for IT systems.
2. Implement and understand the software development lifecycle.
3. Document and translate client requirements into software specifications.
4. Identify, recommend and propose options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
5. Conduct requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
6. Develop solutions and related products.
7. Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
8. Draw up, supervise and document testing schedules for complete systems.
9. Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration.
10. Support users on change control and system updates.
11. Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system.
12. Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong experience in BI platform
2. Strong problem solving and analytical skill
3. Knowledge in in JavaScript, jQuery, .NET, Ajax, PHP, HTML5
4. Experience in web application development
5. Good skills in MS SQL, MySql

QUALIFICATION
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related course.
• At least 2 years related work experience
• Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with user requirements and functional specifications documentation.
• Experience with healthcare environment is a plus
• Highly-organized and has a strong sense of ownership.
• Flexible, can easily adapt to multi-tasking.
• Results-oriented and can work well under pressure.
