Position:
Amazon Customer Service and Product Research Associate

Salary:
$ ---------- per month depending on the experience (for Full time hours). This is just the starting point, there will be plenty of opportunities for raises!

Type of Employment:
To start Full time as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is ready for an amazing Long-Term career

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a two-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. I will pay $100 for each week. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

Training:
Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and I will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)

Interview Process:
1) Submit your application
2) Successful applicants will be contacted and scheduled a Skype Interview with. This is just to get to know each other better and to ask any questions that both parties might have.

Hours:
-40+ hours/week
-Able to work PST time zone (between 9AM-5PM PST) this is just an estimate.
-Able to work 1-2 hours on the weekend

-Previous Amazon Experience is a huge plus
-Experience working with Dietary Health Supplements (that’s what I sell on Amazon)

Responsibilities:

There are two main tasks to start with (there will be plenty of opportunity for growth)

1. Customer Service – Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries through Amazon Seller Central.

I need positive people with a customer service background who are willing to go the extra mile for customers. I have some complicated products, some are of a dietary supplement nature, so any experience with those products is a plus. You will also need to monitor customer ratings and product reviews. You will also have to respond and manage the negative ones.

2. Product Research – Assist with identifying new products to sell.

This process involved using different tools (I will provide access to it and teach you how to use it). Going through numerous customer reviews on competitors listing and looking for ways to improve the product. Also, going through questions & answers section and finding the common complaints and ---------- also involves general “google” research about the product. Also being able to research online what potencies and formulas are the best for a specific product (e.g is it better to launch 1000mg, or 3000mg or 5000mg of Vitamin C?).

Do NOT worry if you don’t know how exactly to do the above. I will provide the comprehensive training and will be very patient. You just need to be very organized, detail oriented, willing to learn new things, always go an extra mile, always give it the best you got and always challenge yourself. I am looking for a right person rather than just a set of skills. I can teach you those.

3. Daily Operations - Maintaining daily business tasks.

This role includes responsibilities to maintain daily business processes, including (but not limited to) managing our social media pages, checking and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, troubleshooting listing issues, and dealing with Amazon seller support when needed.

This is not a regular job post for you just to make some money and for me getting a “virtual assistant”. This is very different.
