County and Town records for tax deliquent and code violations
Load Skip Traced leads into REI Solutions for Ringless Voicemail, Mass Texting and into MOJO for Cold Calling
Update Lists weekly
Manage CRM and KPI Trackers
Create KPIs for list results
Internet research and data entry
Probate leads, vacant house leads, craigslist leads, etc.
Screen your e-mail and respond on your behalf
Schedule and confirm your appointments
Book your travel arrangements
Make calls on your behalf
Perform miscellaneous research
Fill out expense reports and track reimbursements
Create invoices and post payments
Manage any projects you don’t want to handle
Create buyer’s packets and powerpoints
Send mailers to your spheres of influence
Graphic design for digital and print assets
Schedule (or even write) blog posts
Schedule email
SEO updates
Post, update and advertise on social media
