RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, e-mail and chat.
Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs
Manage and process for all customer related issues
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled

(Calls to assist are about forgotten passwords, Currency questions)
(Live Foreign exchange rates and transfer of funds!)
