Customer Success / Live Chat Agent - League of Legends website

Our company is providing services / accounts for a game called League of Legends. We are one of the biggest accounts providers in the world and we are looking for a live chat agents to man our support for a future 24/7 live chat support.

The work requires answering to customer questions, guiding them with finding the right account and solving any issues they may have during / after they purchased an account / a service. In addition you will be answering to any Facebook / Twitter inquiries.

Requirements:
- League of Legends player with broad knowledge). NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE HERE.
- Fluent English.
- Keen to learn and be a part of an organization.
