Junior Technical Recruiter

CAP Global is looking for an up-and-coming internal Junior Technical Recruiter to join the company. Our Denver team is expanding and we need to add a junior recruiter to the team.

Being part of the Recruiting team you will help find the very best talent in the market and recruit Technology professionals for business critical vacancies working hand in hand with our Account Management team.

You will be one of the best recruiters in the industry in no time; this is your opportunity to own the relationships, set the search strategy for talent acquisition, being part of the full lifecycle recruitment for some of the largest software development and infrastructure roles in the world of Technology.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates by way of referrals, networking, social media, job boards and other creative avenues
- Conducting phone screens via phone
- Working closely with Senior Recruiters to discuss and refine job specs for new openings with our clients
- General administrative support (reports, documentations, recruiter/candidate correspondence)
- Maintaining a dialogue with the CAP Global Account Management team and hiring managers on all aspects of candidate sourcing


Qualifications:

- 1-2 years in-house, technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in finding talents for Software Development, Network Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber/Security, QA and Automation Engineering market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are imperative
- Analytical and technical abilities to effectively make use of various job platforms, social media and other technology to find candidates
- An ability to drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of levels of candidates
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities
- Enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding technology recruiting
- Genuine desire to learn about new technologies
