Are you a Podcast Expert - Audio Editing Expert? Full Time or Part Time Help Needed

Looking for a candidate that is good with Audio Editing. We need someone that has experience with cleaning up the audio in Podcast. Removing the "ums" and "Ahs" from the audit. Please let us know what software you use to do this kind of work.
You must have experience with audio editing to respond to this ad.

We provide support for podcasters. They interview the clients and we do the backend work.
We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time help to join our team.
We will provide all of the content. Your job would be to help process the Podcasts.

We need help managing the podcast:
1. Inviting Users via email on our behalf (we have a list)
2. Cleaning up the Audio file using Audacity (or whatever your preference)
3. Processing the Transcription through ---------- and then cleaning it up.
4. Posting the MP3 file to ---------- and scheduling the post
5. Posting the Transcription to Wordpress

Video training will be provided for everything except the Audio. Please submit a portfolio if you have ---------- pensation/Payment depends on your experience. We pay weekly for the first 30 days and then pay on the 15th and 30th. Looking to hire someone within 1 week.
