POSITION: Senior Web Developer -- candidate is expected to have knowledge on the following:

Programming Skills:
PHP Programming Language
Framework knowledge (Rails, Django, CakePHP, Symfony, Yii, Codeigniter and a few other MVC Frameworks is a plus)
HTML/DHTML/XML/ CSS
HTML5 is a plus
Knowledge in Document Object Model (DOM) API is a plus
Bootstraps/Frameworks is a plus
MySQL
Javascript Programming Language (Applet)
Framework Knowledge (Jquery)
Knowledge in Asynchronous Javascript XML (AJAX)

Other Skills:
Wordpress
Creation of an original template coming from a psd layout
Creation of an own plugin
Creation of Widgetized Templates
Manipulate Functions if needed
Content Management System
Familiar or easy to deal with PostAffiliatePro and Amember (Other CMS knowlege is a plus)
ShoppingCart
Familiar or easy to deal with 1shoppingcart/Ultracart/Clickbank
Database Management (Knows how to handle phpMyAdmin)

Other Qualifications:
Layouting (PSD to Templates)
Cross-Browser and Mobile Compatibility (Responsive Coding)
Knows and Apply Coding Standards in Programming
An eye for detail and UI design
Highly Analytical
Willing to learn new skills
Can work with minimal supervision

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
