Seeking Real Estate Investment virtual Assistant

Salary $300 - $400 USD monthly plus opportunities for bonuses

Looking to Hire someone who is trustworthy and dependable. You will be responsible for completing multiple task throughout the day to assist me in keeping up with my daily real estate task. Sales experience is a huge plus because you will be eligible for bonuses. This position is on an AS NEEDED basis. so you must have a flexible schedule. Responsibilities

Make daily follow up calls to potential leads

Posting adds to craigslist as needed

Skip tracing LLC for owners to add to buyers list as needed

Skip Tracing for home owners contact information using lexis Nexis as needed

Data Entry as needed

Sending Emails as needed

screening buyers and home owners as needed

Must speak fluent English with No accent
Must have sales Experience
Must be proficient in Excell and Word document
Must be available and have flexible schedule in Eastern standard time
