Experienced Magento Product Data Entry Person needed for Furniture E-commerce Website

We are looking for an experienced person(s) to work on important data entry for us to add and manage current products to our Magento eCommerce website. We will provide you a detailed manual of how to add these products. You will work by yourself most of the time, but will be a part of the team and will report regularly to your manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- you have added products to a Magento website before
- you have done complicated data entry ---------- plicated means adding items to a website with many different attributes.
- you can communicate in fluent written English and, when needed, are able to write a few sentences to describe something on our website to a customer.
- you can edit images using Photoshop or other graphic software
- you have a fast and stable internet connection and are able to be on Skype while you work
- you are able to open and edit MS Excel documents quickly
- you are able to open PDF files

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take descriptions and images from our vendors' websites and input them into our Magento website
2. If any information is missing, search for it on other websites
3. Edit images using Photoshop or other graphic software which will allow you to work with images (cropping, re-sizing, etc.)
4. Be signed into Slack while working
5. Find and fix errors.
6. Update pricing
7. Disable discontinued items
8. Other related Data Entry tasks
9. This work needs to be done 10 am - 7 pm – Austin, Texas (US CST)
