Comparable Data Analyst

We are looking for a fulltime / partime experienced Comparable Data Analyst (Individual or Company):

- Can work on Graveyard shift from 11pm to 4am
Skilled in appraising land only and residential properties in the US.
- Familiar with the different types of MLS and Valuation forms.
- Knowledgeable in using Redfn, Zillow, Trulia, and other similar sites.
- Can manage addressing return BPOs for clarification w/o supervision (not required).
