Amazon Digital Marketing Analyst

We are an Amazon Seller, selling in the skincare / beauty category. Our business has grown and we are now needing a part time Digital Marketing Analyst.

POSITION: part time – 20 hours per week (may increase to full time in a few months)

ROLE:
The main purpose of this role is to manage our keyword ranking on Amazon US and EU. This role owns the keyword strategy for our Amazon business which means defining the strategy (which keywords to rank) and then implementing it (promotions to drive ranking).
This role also looks after PPC campaigns on Amazon, so if you have this experience it is a plus.
Training will be provided for the role – every task has an SOP, with video and accompanying document and we are committed to making the successful candidate succeed but also grow their knowledge and skills. Our main VA resource from the Philippines has been with us for 3 years.
We encourage self-training, and all in house training is available to staff including a udemy company account.

**Key responsibilities**
1. Keyword Management / Listing Optimization
Keyword research
Identify which keywords to promote
Optimize Listings accordingly
Track keyword rankings
Update reports on daily basis
Weekly KPI report + feedback to owner

2. Advertising + Promotions

Facebook advertising to promote and drive KW ranking
Amazon PPC
Google Ad Words Campaigns
Promotions Analysis

Facebook audience creation

Facebook Ad Manager (Basic – training available for growth)
Amazon PPC Advertising (Basic – training available for growth)

**General requirements**
Available to work 4 hours per day, Australian day time, (2 hours difference with Philippines for example)
Access to good internet connection, minimum 10 Mbs upload speed
Comfortable working from home as a virtual assistant
Access to webcam for weekly catch ups

**Remuneration**
Training period 4 weeks
Salary Minimum of $5 per hour negotiable dependent on experience – 20 hours per week to be increased in time
Pay by Paypal every 2 weeks
13th Month Bonus (pro rata)
