Are you an Instagram wizard?

We're looking for a partner to help us grow a very fun dog-lovers brand. We sell apparel to dog lovers, via a Shopify store. We have a decent Instagram following, but we need to keep it active on a daily basis.

Skills we're looking for:
- Reliability, daily production
- Creativity, fun attitude
- Helps if you love dogs
- Excellent english - we'd like you to respond to Instagram comments

Tools:
- Ability to post for us to Instagram regularly
- Canva/design tools - NOTE: We use a tool *like* Canva right now, called ---------- - we're hoping you are adaptable and can learn it!
- Slack/email - we correspond via slack and email, would like if you can use both to speed approvals up

Activities:
- SEARCH Instagram for relevant posts to re-share on our channel (specific to certain dog breeds, mostly fun cute dog / puppy content)
- ASK other IG accounts for permission to use their post before we share it (in comment or DM)
- Light design - design some brand/product related posts for us and post them
- Daily posts at first, hoping we can do more eventually

When responding, PLEASE INCLUDE:
- Link to Instagram accounts that you have managed or helped manage
- Link to any other relevant experience
- Your favorite dog breed
- How many hours of work you estimate it would take (if we paid you hourly at first) to find a great cute puppy post and share it for us every day in one week, plus responding to comments assuming under 10 comments per post
