Bank reconciliations.
Disbursements to owners.
Xero reconciliations for the company trading account.
BAS calculations for quarterly GST returns.
Assist with annual tax return for the company/trust.
Some supervision of the work of a bookkeeper.
Performance reporting to business owner.
Streamlining and improving of financial processes wherever possible.
Working collaboratively as part of a small Filipino team - in collaboration with the Australian owner.
Hours per week:
Some weeks there may be only up to 10 hours a week. Other weeks, there may be up to 20 (weeks where we have disbursements or GST etc).
Working times have some flexibility.
