Web Developer - Full-time

Our company is looking for an experienced web developer/coder to add to our team. The selected candidate will have steady work and a variety of websites to work on, including both highly customized Wordpress sites as well as static sites using PHP. We have several employees that we hired from onlinejobs.ph and we are a very good employer. We pay on time and communicate regularly. We will offer a pay increase after we have had a chance to test your skill level.

Job Responsibilities include:

Develop customized websites and landing pages by converting .PSD files to HTML and/or Wordpress.
Test sites for cross browser compatibility
Install videos sent to you in m4v format
Maintain websites and make updates as needed.
Create forms to gather contact information
Integrate forms with email campaign opt-in form script (we use iContact.com)
Install A/B testing on landing pages (Google Website Optimizer)
Make pages W3C and CSS Compliant
Install customized Wordpress themes based upon .PSD files
Install customized backgrounds for Twitter/Facebook based upon .PSD files
Install and test Wordpress plugins
Additional programming tasks as requested, depending on skill level.
Some SEO work, as directed

Must know how to:
Use CSS instead of tables when coding
Convert fonts - create attractive fonts into html for SEO purposes
