SMMA for new business

Working on getting a few clients, and I was wanting to find someone that would want to work Full time, on a monthly payment to handle my Facebook SMMA. So what I need is a hard case study showing specific results for a company/similar to the one I'm attempting to get. So right now I'm talking with a Car Dealership and I am new to the entire business, but I have a few months of experience with FB ads so I have a general idea. So I don't care if you are not using your personal stats off FB, because we will work together.

As soon as the retainer is paid, you will begin receiving the monthly salary. You do not need to speak good English, just write it well.

So i'm focusing on FB ads, click funnels, and lead generation with automated transfer like with Zapier. I've been looking into different types of booking software, I will probably have that as a service, also a simple but complete web design, this has to be HTTTPS, so you can recommend the best options for host and platform type either woo/wordpress/whatever. When we do website gigs this will be a completely separate bonus pay. Being able to do some coding in html or whatever the programming language is a big PLUS but if you can't do these things I'll hire that out to someone else. I really want an all in one team that maxes out at 4-5 people for now. But this position currently will be for 99% of everything in this post, I want a manager that can handle managing everyone else in the near future. For now you will be the only person I'm working with until I grow the business larger.

I will start pay off at $500 per month, and for the first month it'll be weekly payments of $125, depending on the qualities you bring I may increase it up to $1000 a month once we start offering more services.
