Designer for T-Shirts

Hi!
I'm looking for 2 good designers (1 male, 1 female) for t-shirt business.
The target is a minimum of 100 designs (50 each) per month. I would like to pay 3 USD per design plus a commision of 10 Cent per sale for the next 3 years (good designs will get up to 100 sales = 10 USD on top).
I'm looking for designers with experience in T-Shirts (not only wearing some ;-) good quality designs. - English communication by mail and skype is important.
