SHOPIFY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT ROCKSTAR FOR AN APPAREL COMPANY IN NYC

We are fast-growing e-commerce company out of 7th Avenue, New York City. We are looking to hire a Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our team for our new brand. Only experienced candidates need to apply.

Day to day job includes -

- Adding new products to the Shopify Store
- Working together with designers in getting the images ready and upload it to the product pages
- Re-write produce title, meta description & product description
- Experience in managing fashion brand is great
- Responsible for managing collections & catalogues
- Working with marketing agency to promote the products
- Need to be very passionate to learn and contribute to the team
- Need to do researched on new product ideas, trending products on Amazon, Etsy etc
- We are not a drop shipping business, so Ali Express or Oberlo experience in not important
- Very fluent in English both speaking & writing
- Need to take calls from our customers if required
- Manage chats, customer service emails
- Manager Order
- Need to be customer facing through our support portals

Need to be comfortable working in a off-shore business - meaning, you will be using our time & work tracking tools.
