Graphic designer/Content Creator/Commissioned Sales (2 jobs/1 post)

Hi,

Looking for someone to work with me long term creating cool graphics with tools like photoshop for Instagram post, website, and email marketing. To determine who will be the best fit we will provide a photo with some instruction and ask you to create your best social media post. Pay will be low at first, I am looking for marketing experts and graphic designers that can drive sales up with eye catching material.


What will happen: I will choose 2 of the best graphic designs I like that are the most creative. Will choose maybe two freelancers. Starting out I will pay per graphic, and as my business grows if the two want constant work we will take them full-time if they are hard working, easy to work with, problem solvers, think outside of the box, brings fresh ideas.
