Data Research Representative

About our company: We are a small business consulting company that has a large client base of business owners in which we consult on a day to day basis.

Our company services over 1000 business owners per month. We continue to grow and have doubled in prior years tracking to continue growth at a very rapid pace.

The position:
We are looking to add a new team member for the long term position of a Data Research Representative.

The team member in this position is to be responsible for research on new trade accounts that can be put in the site for our clients and to maintain that all information that is presently listed for accounts in the site is accurate for each account.

To verify these companies calls are made to the company and a script is used for the items that are needed to be verified. That information is compared against corresponding reports. We average at least 20 phone calls outbound per day. We work from a software system called Zendesk and with Aircall for outbound calls.

-The ability to work as a team. This is a very important part of our company culture. We believe in being courteous, helpful, and kind to our customers and our team members.

-We rely heavily on using our online systems so a solid comfort in using computer systems or figuring them out.

-Looking for someone that feels they are highly efficient and can work quickly and efficiently

-Ability to write detailed professional emails in English. Great communication skills including speaking clear English with little accent. Please provide a voice recording.

-Quiet work environment.

-Work hours are negotiable but needs to be during business hours on Eastern Standard Time. Monday - Friday excluding all major US holidays.

-We do offer an additional 5 paid days off (8 hours) in addition to the major holidays.

The team member hired will need to have their own internet service, dependable computer and headset.
