Fast Growing US based Digital Marketing Agency has an opening for a reliable Virtual Assistant with incredible verbal, email and chat customer service abilities.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Internet Marketing Support
- Lead Gen background
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High performer and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fast Internet Connection
- Must be able to work PST time

Benefits :

Compensation:
- $4/hour

Working Hours :
- 6am to 10am Pacific time
- on call coverage Saturdays and Sundays

Skills:
- Superior research abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Customer Service (email and phone)
- Stellar writing skills
- Experience with Linkedin, Facebook and other social platforms
- Document preparation using Google Docs
- Google Calendar Management
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Book travel arrangements
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Must be able to attend weekly meetings
