Wordpress THEME designer for hire.

I am hiring a wordpress THEME designer. You must be able to create a theme that will appear IDENTICAL to pinterest, with the options to change background colors and borders, logos, link colors, etc. You will need to create a panel or sub-page where the admin can log into wordpress, and modify the page color attributes(CSS). These will be sliders, dropdowns, etc. This will have to be a fully customizable theme, but with the same identical layout as wordpress. This will be used for images and video posts only, not text blog posts. When you click an image from the index, it should load a NEW page in a transparent lightbox or window, with the index thumbnails still visible in the background. The same way pinterest does it. It should NOT load the video or picuture in a popup on the same page, for seo purposes, it MUST be on a new page. PHP,CSS, design and programming skills are required.
