T-Shirt Designer

We search a designer for t-shirts who create designs after our wishes but also he/she needs to bring in his own creativity.
When the coorperation fit's (we need a good synergy) and the design's will be bought, then is the coorperation in long-term. We wan't fast and dependable work! We need a design example from the designer himself as a qualification. If u don't send your portfolio you will not get any answer. Please make ur own style and dont make a copy or just vektorgrafics. The best would be that you can draw grafics with your hand. Just independet work, no agency.
We don't wan't any Pixabay copies or copyright injuries. The final data must be a PSD data (3000x3000 and 300dpi)!
We wan't the original design data (mock-up) and all the rights of it.
We need every design in black, in white and colorful.
For every finished design we like you to get 2 US Dollar (104 PHP) for the beginning.
We need 150 different designs per month so u can get 300$ if your work is good.
After proving the design it comes the payment, you can tell us your own wishes here.
