Position Summary

We are looking for someone who speaks EXCELLENT English and communicated very well. This is not a position for you to run any of the ads/strategies yourself. But you will need to be profecient with digital marketing topics as you communicate with clients and our team.

We are seeking a creative who can lead, with a proven history of bringing ideas to life, to work with us as Account Manager for our agency.

The Account Manager is a client-oriented role. You’ll work both as an individual and collaboratively with a team, responsible for outstanding customer service and steering client accounts. We are obsessed with implementing our core values in the office and our client environment.

The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication skills, outstanding presentation and soft skills, with demonstrated hands-on experience managing multiple clients and teams.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

* Communicate with clients and strategy team to deliver for clients over a handful of services.
* Use data-driven analytics to monitor and report online marketing campaigns.
* Be a thought leader and client partner for new technologies, platforms, and programs that can be beneficial.
* Help new business and management of accounts in a sales consultant position.
* Help create strategic plans for performance & optimization to achieve client goals.
* Identify and complete tasks with the most significant impact in reaching client targets for numbers and return on investment (ROI).
* Monitor campaigns to track account progress relative to budgets and targets.
* Follow up, track progress, and lead team production on client projects.
* Mentor junior level Account Managers.

Requirements:

* EXCELLENT communicator both verbally and written in English.
* Extreme attention to detail.
* Adaptable team player.
* Confident with the ability to learn from criticism.
* Able to adapt and take on high-pressure situations.
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must.
* A passion for marketing and client service.
* Understanding of advertising and paid platforms.
* Able to deliver high-quality work to clients, meeting all deadlines.
* Able to work independently and efficiently in order to meet organizational goals.
* Ability to promptly and professionally respond to digital marketing-related emails and phone calls.
* Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in order to interface with clients, team members, and strategic leads to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries.
* Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities.
* Understand and fit into our core value-driven culture.

Bonus Points:

* 3+ years of experience in an agency or client-side digital marketing setting, with hands-on experience managing and improving projects.
* Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of paid advertising (Facebook advertising, Google AdWords, etc).
* Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, etc).
* Experience in a strategic paid advertising account management role.
* Strong fundamental digital marketing skills across multiple channels.
* Tells good jokes.
