Today we are excited to open our newest division: Nomad Desk a business process outsourcing provider offering contact center and back-office services to startups in Southern California.

Job Description:
We are looking for a contact service agent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, able to work remotely. The client is a growing online store located in China with customers in the US, Europe, and Latin America. This is a full-time position that requires the use of a computer, phone apps and answering customer requests in real time.
Responsibilities
Provide customers with exceptional online service by responding to their questions promptly via
Process and escalate requests in accordance with company policies.
Help resolve customer concerns and complaints about
Work hours: 6 days, 45 hours a week.
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proficiency in written English. 500 Toefl Score or equivalent
This job will require you to own a smartphone and a laptop computer in perfect conditions
Computer proficiency; familiarity with online customer support is a plus
Have analytical problem-solving skills
Be able to work in a team as well as independently
Have a university degree or be in the process of obtaining one
Have experience in customer service (international customer service is preferred)
Be able to proficiently write
Possess strong communication skills and pay attention to details
