JOB OVERVIEW

1. Responsibilities:
+Receive and answer customers’ inquiries to hotline, online chat, and website inquiries on Upgrade to see actual info;
+Answer incoming phone calls or Facebook message according to script and schedule a sales/service appointment;
+Communicate with customers in order to respond promptly to the complain related to services;
+Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders;
+Advising and consulting about customers’ advertising requirements on Upgrade to see actual info;
+Participate in synthesizing, analyzing and contributing ideas to improve and develop products and services of Upgrade to see actual info website.

2. Requirements:
+Filipino, living in Manila region, Philippines;
+Have basic knowledge of automobiles;
+Have experience in the field of sales or customer services (automotive market is preferred);
+Good communication and persuasion skills;
+Be agile, hardworking and have a high responsibility for work.
