Senior System Engineer

Responsibilities:
•Responsible in designing computer networks that everyone uses, and is responsible on fixing any
error that may occur in it, as well as improving the system, as the business requires.
•Responsible for ensuring their organization's computer systems are well maintained and operate
reliably & securely.
•Provides hands-on system administration support, system maintenance and operations support.
•Documents help desk troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user guidance.
•Prepares, maintains and keeps updated, IT procedures and documentation related to IT
processes.
•Researches and evaluates new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades to existing
server, network, and other IT infrastructure equipment in support of business needs.

Skills to consider:
•Commercial firewall experience
•Networking knowledge
•Assets management
Knowledge in Windows server configuration and maintenance
•Cloud experience, preferably AWS
•Experience with monitoring systems
•Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management
best practices.
•Proven experiences with Windows Active Directory configuration and maintenance.
•Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
•Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
•Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
•Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
•Strong customer service orientation.
